Doug Scott is appearing as part of GU H-ÀRD GU TUR: HIGH ALTITUDE HIGH LATITUDE on Sat 28 October.  The evening starts with the 1924 film The Epic of Everest, newly restored by the BFI, continues with Doug Scott, and concludes with Michelle Paver and her chilling ghost story “Thin Air” set on Kangchenjunga one of mountaineering’s biggest killers.
