An Lanntair, the Outer Hebrides’ leading multi-arts venue, is looking for a Café & Bar Manager to lead our busy and vibrant food and drink operation.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the organisation, managing day-to-day café and bar service while shaping a welcoming, high-quality offer for audiences, artists, and the local community.
You will:
- Lead and motivate a small team across café and event bar service
- Deliver excellent customer experience in a fast-paced cultural venue
- Manage stock, budgets, and income targets
- Oversee bar service for performances, cinema, and festivals
- Develop and grow the café/bar offer
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in hospitality management (café, bar, or similar)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- A commercial mindset and attention to detail
- A passion for food, drink, and cultural spaces
- Experience in an arts or events venue is desirable but not essential.
