An Lanntair’s Artist Gatherings are monthly social events for island artists of all disciplines, from music, film and theatre to visual art and design, to meet and talk about their work. You do not need to be established or professional to come along. Everyone is welcome and we are here to support all forms of creativity.
In June, our special guests are:
Singer-songwriter Willie Campbell, well known in the island as a solo performer, as a member of the Tumbling Souls and Astrid, and as co-creator of the acclaimed Metagama: An Atlantic Odyssey, which continues to tour Scotland.
Artist and curator Andy Laffan, who has just opened The Byre at Hulabhaig, a new gallery space building on his work as a collector of island contemporary art.
