Gallery visit and Print-making workshop for Primary schools

Seilebost Sea and Beach by John Mackechnie

Primary school classes are invited to visit John Mackechnie’s exhibition ‘Uisge : Water’.  His exhibition features screen-prints made from layers of transparent, translucent and opaque colour referencing the light, pattern and translucence of water and the power of the sea.  After a short tour of the exhibition, the children will learn about the process of Screen-printing, design stencils and pull their own simple sea screen-print.

The workshop lasts for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Sessions can be adapted to suit your group and travel arrangements. Contact moira@anlanntair.com to arrange a session for your class
