Young people in Lewis and Harris Youth Clubs have the opportunity to work with Artist Moira Maclean. They will make a painting for their youth club venue inspired by Moira’s musical boats artworks. Moira will work with 3 different youth cubs over 2 sessions in February / March 2025.
You can choose to come to An Lanntair to do the workshop in our art room, or Moira can come to your youth club. Groups of up to 10 young people at a time can work together to make boat collages and a collaborative painting. You can identify a group of young people to do the project or rotate groups throughout the club to let everyone take part. All you need to provide is a table away from the ball games, and a volunteer to help.
