This flock was knitted by people from all over the Western Isles in summer 2022. Knitting packs were available for free in An Lanntair, library vans, and community libraries.
An Lanntair’s Creative Connections project provides workshops and creative projects for isolated older people in the Western Isles with the aim of reducing loneliness, improving health and wellbeing, and increasing opportunities for people to be creative. It is funded through Inspiring Scotland’s Creative Communities programme.
