Mikeysline is a mental health and suicide prevention charity based in the Scottish Highlands. Founded in late 2015 after a tragic series of young suicides, it offers confidential peer support, text lines, and face-to-face services under its core message: “It’s OK not to be OK.”
Creative Balance aims to generate evidence-based recommendations that will transform how Scotland’s creative sector supports the mental health and wellbeing of racialised creative communities.
