🎸 ROCK CHICKS! 🥁🎤
Rock Chicks is an all-female rock band designed to empower girls and young women aged 13–18 to make music, build confidence and experience the excitement of playing in a band!
Together, we’ll work towards performing a range of songs, from rock covers to potentially writing our very own originals!
Our rehearsals focus on developing the essential skills needed to play in a rock band, including ensemble playing, guitar solos, bass lines, drumming and performance techniques.
All instruments and abilities are welcome! Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have experience playing, we’ll make sure there’s a place for you in the band. Whatever your instrument or skill level, we’ll find a way for you to get involved!
🎤 Performance Opportunities
We’ll also be working towards opportunities to perform live and show off what we’ve been learning! The more rehearsals you attend, the more confident and prepared you’ll be when it’s time to take to the stage. Regular attendance will help us develop as a band and get the most out of performing together.
