Join Lauren Macleod for a musical adventure and discover famous composers, explore the stories behind their music, and unlock the secrets of music making. Through fun, engaging activities, children will learn to listen, think and create like true Music Detectives!
Suitable for age 8 – 12.
We can make tickets available free of charge for children who would benefit from Music Detectives, but for whom cost would be a barrier. Contact moira@anlanntair.com for details.
This activity is part of SOUNDWAVES – TONNAN-FUAIME, An Lanntair’s music development project funded by Youth Music Initiative Access to Music Making fund which creates access to high-quality music making opportunities for children and young people aged 0 to 25 years. The Youth Music Initiative is a music education programme with a vision to put music at the heart of young people’s lives and learning funded by the Scottish Government through Creative Scotland.
