Call for Artists – Adult Creative Classes at An Lanntair
An Lanntair is seeking proposals from artists, creatives and practitioners across all art forms to deliver inspiring adult learning classes as part of our creative programme.
We welcome applications from visual artists, musicians, dancers, designers, writers, theatre-makers, craftspeople and anyone with specialist creative skills they are passionate about sharing. Whether your practice is traditional or contemporary, we’re keen to hear ideas that will inspire adults to develop new skills, explore their creativity and build confidence in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Previous teaching experience is not essential. We’re looking for practitioners who are accomplished in their field, enthusiastic about working with others, and able to create engaging, accessible learning experiences.
Classes should be designed as a series of six weekly sessions, each lasting one or two hours. Workshops can be suitable for beginners or those with some experience, and may explore any creative discipline. If you have ideas for one off, full day sessions please feel free to submit ideas.
The freelance fee is £34 per teaching hour.

- A brief outline of your proposed class series.
- How the sessions would be structured across the six weeks.
- Details of any materials or equipment required.
- Any previous experience relevant to your creative practice or community engagement.
Please note that we may discuss adjustments to your proposed lesson plan, materials or equipment before confirming delivery.
