Get ready for an exciting day of gaming at An Lanntair! Developed and organised by the An Lanntair Youth Board in partnership with OH!CON, this fun-filled event celebrates gaming for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a seasoned player, curious beginner or simply want to watch the action, there’s something for everyone.
Retro Gaming Arcade – Drum Room
Step back in time and relive the golden age of gaming with a retro arcade featuring classic consoles and iconic games from the 1980s. Challenge yourself with favourites including Super Mario Bros., Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda, Castlevania and many more.
Gaming Café – Café Bar
Hosted by the An Lanntair Youth Board, the Gaming Café offers a relaxed space to discover and play a variety of games. Youth Board members will host interactive sessions throughout the day, sharing tips, explaining gameplay and helping players of all experience levels. Earlier sessions will feature games suitable for ages 8–15, including Tomodachi Life, Mario Kart and Animal Crossing. Later sessions will explore titles for ages 16+, including Subnautica.
Super Smash Bros. Tournament – Auditorium
Think you’ve got what it takes? OH!CON! will host two exciting Super Smash Bros. tournaments on the big cinema screen. The 8–15 tournament runs from 1.30pm–3.30pm, followed by the 16+ tournament from 4.00pm–6.30pm. Each tournament includes four heats and a grand final.
There are 16 places available in each tournament, so be sure to book your tournament ticket in advance to secure your spot. If the tournament is fully booked, you can join the waiting list or simply come along to cheer on the competitors and enjoy the atmosphere.
