Shop – Customer Services & Delivery


We aim to process orders within 3-5 days and will send you a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

Local Collection is available for customers on the Isle of Lewis, simply select this delivery option at checkout and we will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect.

At present we only offer UK delivery. Please contact for any enquiries relating to potential orders from outside the UK.


We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return an item, you are welcome to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Before you make your return, please email stating your order number, reason for return and your name and address.

Following our confirmation, returns can be sent by post to:

Please include your order number, name and address in the package. We advise that you retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened and in saleable condition (except where the item is damaged or faulty).

Returns can also be made in store but please note that refunds will be issued through the online platform and cannot be issued over the shop till.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
