Dream Catchers with Steve Tod
This series of classes will provide an insight into Native American culture including the use of dream catchers. Artist and teacher Steve will guide you through each step of production as you experiment with methods and materials. Many different materials can be included in the construction and finish of these beautiful First Nation decorations, and you will be encouraged to make a unique dream catcher which is personal to you.
Steven Tod graduated from Art College with a B.A. Honours degree in Illustration. He is also a fully qualified Art Teacher. He has spent his life working as an artist in various different roles. This includes a total of 16 years teaching Primary and Secondary children throughout the United Kingdom. He has been a Sign Writer and Graphic Designer. He also spent time as a Landscape Painter and an Archaeological Illustrator. Steven took early retirement at the age of 55. He is currently working on a children’s picture book and teaching adult art classes.
